Care Instructions for Printed Apparel

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printed Apparel

  • Wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors.
  • Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
  • Do not use fabric softeners or dry-clean.
  • Tumble-dry on low or hang-dry for best results.
  • Cool iron inside-out. Do not iron directly on the print.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printed Apparel

  • Wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with your washer’s recommended amount of detergent.
  • Do not use fabric softeners.
  • Tumble-dry on low or hang-dry for best results.
  • Cool iron inside-out. Do not iron directly on the print.

Embroidered Apparel

  • Wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors.
  • Use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine bleach is the safer option.
  • Rinse thoroughly if any color residue is present in the water.
  • Do not wring out embroidered items.
  • Tumble-dry on a cool air setting or hang-dry.
  • Iron inside-out between two pieces of cloth. Do not wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.

Embroidered Hats, Backpacks, and Shoes

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed.
  • If necessary, hand-wash cold.
  • Do not use brushes.
  • Do not machine-wash, bleach, tumble-dry, iron, or dry-clean.

Embroidered Aprons

  • Machine-wash at 86ºF (30ºC) or less.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Tumble-dry on a low cycle.

All-Over Printed Apparel, Hats, Fabric, and Swimwear

  • Machine-wash cold with like colors, without bleach.
  • Do not dry-clean or tumble-dry.
  • Iron with a low heat setting.

All-Over Print Face Masks

  • Machine-wash at 140ºF (60ºC) with like colors, without bleach.
  • Tumble-dry on low heat and iron on a cool setting.

Bags

  • Hand-wash without bleach.
  • Do not dry-clean or tumble-dry.
  • Iron with a low heat setting.

Pillows and Pillow Cases

  • Machine-wash without bleach on a cold cycle.
  • Do not dry-clean or tumble-dry.
  • Iron with a low heat setting.
  • Do not wash, bleach, tumble-dry, iron, or dry-clean the pillow inserts.

Bean Bag Covers

  • Machine-wash on a cold cycle without bleach.
  • Do not dry-clean or tumble-dry.
  • Iron with a low heat setting.

Sublimation Socks, Blankets, Towels, and Laptop Sleeves

  • Machine-wash cold with like colors at no more than 86ºF (30ºC).
  • Do not use bleach and do not dry-clean.
  • Hang-dry or tumble-dry on a low cycle.

Sublimation Flip Flops

  • Hand-wash in warm water with a mild neutral detergent.

Mugs

  • White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended to prolong the life of the print and coating.
  • Enamel Mugs and Black Glossy Mugs should only be hand-washed. Do not heat liquids or food directly in them, as it can damage their coating.

Posters and Canvas

  • Store away from direct sunlight and outdoors.
  • Dust gently with a soft dry cloth or feather duster.

Phone Cases

  • Remove the case from your phone.
  • Add a little mild soap to water, and dampen a cloth or sponge with it.
  • Gently rub your case in circles with the damp cloth.
  • Let your case air-dry at room temperature.
  • Do not clean with any alcohol-based products, as they can remove the ink and discolor the case.

Stainless Steel Water Bottle

  • Hand-wash only. Dishwashing is not recommended due to the vacuum seal.

Wooden Ornaments

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
